Mr. Anthony F. Griffiths is Lead Independent Director of Fairfax Financial Holdings Limited. Mr. Griffiths is currently an independent business consultant and corporate director. He is a director of the company subsidiaries Northbridge Financial Corporation (“Northbridge”), Crum & Forster Holdings Corp. (“Crum & Forster”), Odyssey Re Holdings Corp. (“OdysseyRe”) and Zenith National Insurance Corp. (“Zenith”). He is also the Chairman of Russel Metals Inc. and Novadaq Technologies Inc. and a director of Vitran Corporation Inc., The Brick Ltd. and Jaguar Mining Inc. Mr. Griffiths serves on the Audit Committee of Jaguar Mining.
