Mr. Nicholas Rubino is Senior Vice President, Chief Legal Officer, General Counsel, Corporate Secretary of Fifth & Pacific Companies Inc. Mr. Rubino joined the Company in May 1994 as an Associate General Counsel. In May 1996, he was appointed Deputy General Counsel and in March 1998 became Vice President, Deputy General Counsel. He was appointed Corporate Secretary in July 2001. Mr. Rubino was promoted to General Counsel in June 2007 and assumed his current position in October 2008. Prior to joining the Company, he was a Corporate Associate at Kramer Levin Naftalis & Frankel, LLP.
