People: Furmanite Corporation (FRM)

Mr. Robert Muff is the Principal Accounting Officer, Controller of Furmanite Corporation since July 1, 2009. He joined Furmanite Worldwide, Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, as Controller on June 12, 2008. Previously, Mr. Muff was assistant controller with Rexel, Inc., a distributor of electrical parts and supplies, and held various accounting and financial positions including assistant controller of Dresser, Inc., a provider of highly engineered infrastructure products for the global energy industry. During his career, he has held positions with extensive international accounting responsibility.
