People: Frontline Ltd. (FRO)

Ms. Kate Blankenship has been Member of the Board of Directors of Frontline Ltd. since August, 2003. She is also Chairman of the Company's Audit Committee. She joined the Company in 1994 and served as the Company's Chief Accounting Officer and Company Secretary until October 2005. Ms. Blankenship served as Chief Financial Officer of Knightsbridge Tankers Limited from April 2000 to September 2007 and Secretary of Knightsbridge from December 2000 to March 2007. Ms. Blankenship has been Director of Ship Finance since October 2003 and she has served as Director of ITCL since February 2008, Golar LNG Limited since July 2003 and Golden Ocean since November 2004. Ms. Blankenship has also served as Director of Seadrill Limited since May 2005. Prior to joining Frontline Ltd, she was Manager at KPMG Peat Marwick in Bermuda. She is Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.
