People: France Telecom SA (FTE.PA)

Ms. Ghislaine Coinaud has served as an Employee Representative on the Board of Directors of France Telecom SA since December 3, 2009. She is also a Member of the Company's Strategic Committee. She works for the support department. Until December 2009, she was deputy central trade union delegate for the CGT. She was previously a member of the CGT federal management board. From 1995 to 2005, Ms. Coinaud was a member of the conseil superieur de la fonction publique (French superior council for public service). She joined France Telecom in 1977 as a facilities operating agent at the central operating center of La Courneuve.
