Mr. Pierre Graff has served as a Representative of the French State on the Board of Directors of France Telecom SA since December 14, 2010. He is also a Member of the Company's Strategic Committee. He is an Ecole Polytechnique graduate and a senior Ponts et Chaussees engineer. After holding various positions in the regional facilities division, Mr. Graff served as a technical advisor overseeing the highways, road safety and transport policy for the cabinet of the French minister for facilities, housing, regional development and transport (1986 -1987), director of road safety and traffic, interministerial representative for road safety (1987 - 1990), then regional director in charge of facilities for Essonne (1990 -1993), deputy chief of staff for the minister of facilities, transport and tourism (1993 -1995), director general of civil aviation (1995 - 2002), then chief of staff for the minister of facilities, transport, housing, tourism and the sea (June 2002 to September 2003). He was appointed Chairman of the public institution Aeroports de Paris in September 2003, then Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the limited company Aeroports de Paris in July 2005. Mr. Graff is a Director of RATP and Medef-Paris, amongst others. He is an Officer of the Legion of Honor (Officier de la Legion d’Honneur) and an Officer of the National Order of Merit (Officier de l’ordre national du Merite).
