Brief Biography
Mr. Robert G. Scott is Independent Non-Executive Chairman of the Board of Genpact Limited. Mr. Scott became one of the directors in April 2006 and was appointed as Board Chairman on March 7, 2011. From 2001 to 2003, he served as President and Chief Operating Officer at Morgan Stanley. He also serves as an advisory director at Morgan Stanley and since January 2010 he has been a director on the board of NYSE Euronext.
