Dr. Raffaele Agrusti has served as Country Manager, Italy of Assicurazioni Generali SpA since September 7, 2012. He served as Chief Financial Officer, General Manager and Financial Reporting Officer of Assicurazioni Generali SpA until September 7, 2012. He also serves as Member of the Group Management Committee, of the Group Investment Committee the Investment Committee, the Group Risk Committee and the Company Risk Committee and of the Social and Environmental Sustainability Committee of the Company. He also serves as Member of the Management Committee of the Company. He graduated in Economics and joined the Tax Department of the Company in 1983. He was appointed Assistant General Manager in 1998, Vice General Manager in 2001, General Manager in 2004 and Chief Financial Officer in October 2007. He currently supervises Financial Reporting & Control Area, Risk & Capital Management Area, Group Legal Department, Corporate Affairs, Strategic Planning, and Group Tax Department, Asset Management, Real Estate activity and Investor Relations. He also serves on the Boards of RCS MediaGroup and Premuda.
