Mr. Aleksandr Nikolaevich Kozlov has served as Deputy Chairman of the Management Board at Gazprom OAO since 2005. From 2000 to 2004, he was Deputy Chief of Administrative Board of the President of the Russian Federation. Mr. Kozlov was Head of the Main Division for Procurement and Transportation of the Administrative Board of the President of the Russian Federation from 2004 to 2005. From 2000 to 2004, he acted as Deputy Chief of Administrative Board of the President of the Russian Federation. He graduated from the Moscow State Institute of International Relations (MGIMO) in 1975 majoring in International Economic Relations, and from the State Procurement Institute at the State University Higher School of Economics. He was awarded Order of Friendship and Honorary Badge of the Administrative Board of the Russian Federation President.
