Mr. Donald E. Gibson is President, Chief Executive Officer, Director of Greene County Bancorp Incorporated. He was appointed President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company and the Bank in June 2007. Prior to this appointment, Mr. Gibson served as Senior Vice President of the Company and the Bank since 2003 and has been employed by the Bank since 1987. Mr. Gibson obtained a Master of Business Administration from the College of Saint Rose. Mr. Gibson has over 25 years experience in the banking industry. As Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Gibson’s experience in the Company and the Bank and his responsibilities for the strategic direction and management of the Company’s day-to-day operations, bring broad industry and specific institutional knowledge and experience to the Board of Directors.
