From 2000 to 2001, Mr. Thurston served as a Controller for an entrepreneurial internet venture. From 1994 to 2000 Mr. Thurston served as an auditor for Ernst & Young LLP. Mr. Thurston received a B.A. in Accounting from Michigan State University and an M.B.A. from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
