Mr. William P. Glasgow is an Independent Director of General Communication Inc., since 1996. From 2005 to the present, Mr. Glasgow has been Chief Executive Officer of AmericanWay Education. From 1999 to December 2004, he was President/CEO of Security Broadband Corp. From 2000 to the present Mr. Glasgow has been President of Diamond Ventures, L.L.C., a Texas limited liability company and sole general partner of Prime II Management, L.P., and Prime II Investments, L.P., both of which are Delaware limited partnerships. Since 1996, he has been President of Prime II Management, Inc., a Delaware corporation, which was formerly the sole general partner of Prime II Management, L.P.
