Trevor Drinkwater has served as a director of Genius Products since July 21, 2005 and has served as the Company’s President and Chief Executive Officer since February 2005. Mr. Drinkwater has also served as the Chief Executive Officer of the Distributor since the closing of the TWC Transaction on July 21, 2006 and was President of the Distributor from July 21, 2006 through January 2, 2008. From July 2004 to February 2005, Mr. Drinkwater served as the Company’s Executive Vice President of DVD Sales. Prior to that, he served as Chief Operating Officer of Take-Two Interactive Software, Inc. from 2003-2004, Senior Vice President of Sales & Sales Operations at Warner Home Video, Inc. from 1999-2003 and worked for The Perrier Group of America, now known as Nestle Waters, from 1989-1999, where he started in field sales and progressed to General Manager.
