Mr. Victor T. Limongelli is President, Chief Executive Officer and Director of Guidance Software, Inc. He has served as Director and Chief Executive Officer since December 2007. From July 2005 to the present, he has also served as President. He served as Corporate Secretary from August 2005 until December 2007. Prior to his appointment as President, Mr. Limongelli held a number of executive positions with Guidance Software, Inc., including, Vice President of Professional Services and General Counsel from August 2004 to July 2005, and General Counsel from May 2003 to August 2004.
