Mr. Richard B. Smith is Independent Director of Gyrodyne Company of America Inc., since November 2002. Mr. Smith has been a Vice President in the Commercial Banking Division of the First National Bank of Long Island since February 2006. He previously served as Senior Vice President for Private Banking at Suffolk County National Bank from May 2000 to February 2005.
