Mr. John Lachlan Charles McInnes has been Non-Executive Director of Haoma Mining NL since May 10, 1991. Within the Company he also serves as Chairman of Audit Committee. He is the Chairman of Bass Strait Oil Ltd and is also a Director of a number of unlisted companies, including companies associated with Mr. Gary Morgan. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Economics from The University of Melbourne. Mr. McInnes is a Fellow Chartered Accountant and Member of the Order of Australia (OAM).
