Mr. Robert E. Swinehart is an Independent Director of Horizon Bancorp. He is the retired President and Chief Operating Officer of Emerson Power Transmission Corp. His business responsibilities included long-range strategic planning, budgeting, financial reporting and supply chain management, and he has held leadership roles in an industry trade association and in a number of community organizations. He has served on Horizon’s Board of Directors since 1998 and on the Board of Directors of the Bank since 1996.
