Dr. Donald O. Quest, M.D., is Independent Director of Hudson City Bancorp, Inc., since 1983. He has been a neurological surgeon since 1976, a professor at Columbia University since 1989, Assistant Dean for Student Affairs at Columbia University since 2002, and an attending physician at The Valley Hospital and Columbia-Presbyterian Medical Center since 1978. He is a member of the Neurosurgical Associates of New York and New Jersey and a member of the Board of Trustees of Mary Imogene Bassett Hospital in New York. Dr. Quest has been President of the American Association of Neurological Surgeons, the American Academy of Neurological Surgeons, the Congress of Neurological Surgeons, the Chairman of the American Board of Neurological Surgery and the Chairman of the Residency Review Committee for Neurological Surgery. A graduate of the University of Illinois, he received his M.D. from Columbia University.
