Brief Biography
Mr. Martin A. Traber is Independent Director of Homeowners Choice Inc since inception. He is a founder of the company. Since 1994 Mr. Traber has been a partner of Foley & Lardner LLP, in Tampa, Florida, representing clients in securities and corporate law transactions. Mr. Traber earned a Bachelor of Arts and a Juris Doctor from Indiana University. Mr. Traber is a founder of NorthStar Bank in Tampa, Florida and from 2007 to 2011 served as a member of the Board of Directors of that institution. Mr. Traber serves on the Board of Directors of Exeter Trust Company, Portsmouth, New Hampshire and JHS Capital Holdings, Tampa, Florida, and on the Advisory Board of Platinum Bank, Tampa, Florida.
