Brief Biography
Charles B. Young is the Hhgregg Inc's Chief Human Resources Officer, joined the company in January 2008 as Vice President of Human Resources. Mr. Young was named Chief Human Resources Officer in June 2008. Prior to joining the company, Mr. Young served as Vice President of Human Resources Store Operations and Supply Chain for the Sears Holding Company, a retail company, from February 2006 to December 2007. He also served in the role of Vice President of Human Resources—Sears Retail Stores (April 2005—February 2006) and the Director of Human Resources (July 2004—April 2005) while working for Sears.
