Ms. Shanthi Smith serves as an Acting Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary of Hillgrove Resources Limited since August 10, 2012. Shanthi has been with Hillgrove for almost two years in the role of Group Finance and Planning Manager and has been involved in the construction, financing, and operations of the company during this time. Shanthi started her career in Big 4 chartered accountancy before moving into the commercial arena where she has over 15 years experience across a diverse range of roles and companies. Prior to joining Hillgrove Resources she has held various senior management positions in finance, commercial and planning roles, most recently at Caltex Australia and the London Organising Committee of the Olympic Games.
