Mr. David S. Seltzer is Chairman of the Board, President, Chief Executive Officer, Secretary, Treasurer of Hi-Tech Pharmacal Co. He has been Chairman of the Board since September 2004 and Chief Executive Officer and President of the Company since May 1, 1998 and a Director, Secretary and Treasurer since February 1992. From July 1992 to May 1, 1998 Mr. Seltzer was Executive Vice President - Administration and since July 1992, Vice President – Administration and Chief Operating Officer of the Company since March 1992. Mr. Seltzer received a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Queens College in 1984.
