Ms. Alisa B. Johnson is Executive Vice President, General Counsel, Corporate Secretary of Helix Energy Solutions Group Inc. She joined the Company as Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of Helix in September 2006. Ms. Johnson has been involved with the energy industry for over 20 years. Prior to joining Helix, Ms. Johnson worked for Dynegy Inc. for nine years, at which company she held various legal positions of increasing responsibility, including Senior Vice President and Group General Counsel — Generation. From 1990 to 1997, Ms. Johnson held various legal positions at Destec Entergy, Inc. Prior to that Ms. Johnson was in private law practice. Ms. Johnson received her Bachelor of Arts degree Cum Laude from Rice University and her law degree Cum Laude from the University of Houston.
