Brief Biography
Mr. Gotsch is Director of Houston Wire & Cable Co., since 1997. Mr. Gotsch has been the managing member of Ellipse Capital LLC, a private equity firm, since June 2008. Prior to that, Mr. Gotsch was a member of Code Hennessy & Simmons LLC, since 1989. He holds a B.A. degree from St. Olaf College and an M.B.A. from Northwestern University. He currently serves as the Chairman of the Board of The Hillman Companies, Inc. and on the Board of Directors of Beacon Roofing Supply, Inc.
