Baroness Denise Patricia Kingsmill has served as Independent Non-Executive Director of International Consolidated Airlines Group SA since September 27, 2010. She acts also as Member of the Company's Remuneration and Nominating Committees. She was Non-Executive Director of British Airways from November 2004 until the merger effective date. She entered The House of Lords in 2006. Until December 2003, she chaired the Department of Trade and Industry’s Accounting for People task force, and was Deputy Chairman of the Competition Commission. She is a Senior Independent Non-Executive Director of APR Energy plc and a Member of the Supervisory Board of E.ON SE. She is Deputy Chair of the PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP Advisory Board. She holds a Master of Arts degree in Economics and Anthropology from the University of Cambridge and is Member of the International Advisory Board of IESE. She sits on the House of Lords Economic Affairs Committee. She was awarded the Commander of the British Empire in 2000.
