Mr. Jack G. Wasserman serves as an Independent Director of Icahn Enterprises GP, General Partner of Icahn Enterprises LP. Mr. Wasserman serves as chairman of the ERISA committee and as a member of the audit and compensation committees of Wendy's. In 2007, Mr. Wasserman received a professional Certificate in Financial Analysis from New York University.
