Mr. Norbert Rotter has been Chief Financial Officer and Member of the Management Board of Itelligence AG since January 1, 2008. He is a qualified bank clerk and studied Business Administration at Universitaet Paderborn, as well as University of Limerick in Ireland. In 1995, he began his career at the global audit company KPMG Deutsche Treuhandgesellschaft AG, where he was responsible for audit and advisory services for SMEs and international corporations. Mr. Rotter sat examinations to become Tax Advisor in 1999 and certified German Auditor (Wirtschaftspruefer) in 2000. As of 2000, he took up the position of Manager at KPMG in New York, where he was responsible for advising German subsidiaries on the United States market. In 2004, he qualified as Certified Public Accountant (CPA) for the United States market. In late 2004, Mr. Rotter returned to KPMG’s Bielefeld office as Senior Manager, where he headed the global audit and advisory team for listed corporations and small and medium-sized international groups. In this capacity, he was responsible for auditing the consolidated financial statements of Itelligence AG, among others.
