Mr. Daniel M. Junius has been appointed as President and Chief Executive Officer of ImmunoGen, Inc. effective January 1, 2009. Prior to that he served as President and Chief Operating Officer and Acting Chief Financial Officer from July 2008 to December 2008, as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer from 2006 to July 2008, and as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer from 2005 to 2006. Prior to joining ImmunoGen, he served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of New England Business Service, Inc. (NEBS), a supplier of business products and services to small businesses, from 2002 to 2004, and as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of NEBS from 1998 to 2002.
