Dr. David M. Goldenberg is Chairman of the Board of Directors and Chief Scientific Officer and Chief Medical Officer, Immunomedics, Inc. He Founded Immunomedics in 1982. He is Chief Executive Officer from July 1982 through July 1992; February 1994 through May 1998; and July 1999 through March 2001; Chief Strategic Officer from July 2003 through June 2007; Chief Scientific Officer from March 2001 through June 2003 and from July 2007 to present; Chief Medical Officer from July 2007 to present. He Serves concurrently as the President and Trustee of the Center for Molecular Medicine and Immunology, an independent, non-profit research center. He Serves concurrently as the President and Chief Executive Officer of the Garden State Cancer Center, a subsidiary of the Center for Molecular Medicine and Immunology, and a Trustee of the Garden State Cancer Center Foundation. He Serves concurrently as the Chairman of the Board of IBC Pharmaceuticals, Inc., a majority-owned subsidiary of the Company. Dr. Goldenberg is a graduate of the University of Chicago College and Division of Biological Sciences (B.S.), the University of Erlangen-Nuremberg (Germany) Faculty of Natural Sciences (Sc.D.), and the University of Heidelberg (Germany) School of Medicine (M.D.).
