Wallenberg, Jacob 

Mr. Jacob Wallenberg has been Chairman of the Board of Directors of Investor AB since 2005. He also chairs the Company’s Remuneration Committee and serves as Member of the Audit and Risk and Nomination Committees. He joined the Board in 1998 and served as its Vice Chairman between 1999 and 2005. Mr. Wallenberg is a former President and Chief Executive Officer of SEB. In the past, he also served as Executive Vice President and Head of Enskilda Division at SEB, as Advisor to the President and Chief Executive Officer at the company and as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Investor AB. Apart from his duties at Investor, Mr. Wallenberg holds directorships at The Knut and Alice Wallenberg Foundation and Stockholm School of Economics. He also serves as Vice Chairman on the Boards of ABB, Ericsson, FAM, Patricia Industries, SAS. He is also Member of IBLAC (Mayor of Shanghai’s International Business Leaders Advisory Council), The European Round Table of Industrialists (ERT), The Confederation of Swedish Enterprise, and The Royal Swedish Academy of Engineering Sciences (IVA). Formerly, he chaired the Board of Directors of SEB, and was Vice Chairman at Atlas Copco, Stora. He was also Member of the Boards of The Coca-Cola Company, Electrolux, Stockholm Chamber of Commerce, WM-data. Mr. Wallenberg obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics and a Master of Business Administration degree from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. He is Reserve Officer of the Swedish Navy.
