Mr. Charles V. Hildenbrand is Senior Vice President, Operations, a position he has held since he joined of Impax Laboratories, Inc. in September 2004. From 1996 until September 2004, Mr. Hildenbrand worked for the PF Laboratories, Inc. as Plant Manager until 2001, and then as Executive Director of Engineering and Technical Services. From 1983 until 1996, Mr. Hildenbrand worked at Lederle Laboratories/Wyeth as Section Head of Biochemical Production, Manager of Filing and Packaging, and then Production Director of Consumer Health Products. Mr. Hildenbrand holds a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Villanova University, as well as an MBA from Lehigh University.
