Mr. Fabio Pasquini has served as Independent Member of the Supervisory Board of Intesa Sanpaolo SpA since April 30, 2010. He also serves as Member of the Remuneration Committee of the Company. He received his degree in Economics from the Universita degli Studi di Torino in 1978. As a professional Chartered Accountant he is an Associate in the Studio Boidi & Partners, and he has been enrolled with the Order of Chartered Accountants of Torino since June 9, 1981.
