Mr. Christopher V. Dodds is Independent Director of Investment Technology Group, Inc. He has been a director since June 2008. Mr. Dodds currently serves as a Senior Advisor at Carlyle Group, a private equity firm. Mr. Dodds also serves on the board of directors at Charles Schwab Bank, Baron Capital and Avalon Advisors.
