Mr. Martin H. Nesbitt is Non-Executive Independent Director of Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated. Mr. Nesbitt became the Co-Chief Executive Officer of The Vistria Group, LLC, a private-equity investment firm. From 2004 until then Mr. Nesbitt had served as President and CEO of PRG Parking Management (known as The Parking Spot), a Chicago-based owner and operator of off-airport parking facilities that he conceived and co-founded in August 2004. Prior to launching The Parking Spot, he was an officer of the Pritzker Realty Group, L.P., the real estate group for Pritzker family interests. Before that, Mr. Nesbitt was a Vice President and Investment Manager at LaSalle Partners, one of the predecessor corporations to Jones Lang LaSalle. He is a member of the board of directors of Norfolk Southern Corporation, one of the premier rail transportation companies in the United States. Mr. Nesbitt is also a Trustee of Chicago's Museum of Contemporary Art and a member of The University of Chicago Laboratory School Board. He is the Treasurer for Organizing for America, the successor organization to Obama for America, a project of the Democratic National Committee, and is the former Chairman of the Board of the Chicago Housing Authority and a former member of Chicago 2016, the board that led Chicago's pursuit of the 2016 Olympics. He has previously been a member of the board of directors of the Pebblebrook Hotel Trust, a real estate investment trust. Mr. Nesbitt has an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago and a Bachelors degree and an honorary doctorate degree from Albion College, Albion, Michigan.
