Ms. Fritzi G. Woods has been appointed as the Independent Director of Jamba Inc since May 2011. Ms. Woods has served as Chief Executive Officer and President of Women’s Foodservice Forum, the premier organization for delivering relevant content, developing competence and building connections to advance women and drive growth for foodservice manufacturers, distributors and operators since 2010. From 2003 to 2010, Ms. Woods served as Chief Executive Officer and President of PrimeSource FoodService Equipment, Inc., a restaurant equipment distribution company, supporting over 20,000 restaurants from the world’s restaurant chains in over 40 countries. Ms. Woods continues to serve as the Chairman of the Board of PrimeSource. Ms. Woods’ senior management experience and her financial make her particularly qualified for service on Board and Audit Committee of the Board.
