Brief Biography
Mr. James D. White is President, Chief Executive Officer, Director of Jamba, Inc., since December 2008. Previously, Mr. White was Senior Vice President of Consumer Brands for Safeway, Inc. with responsibility for brand strategy, innovation, manufacturing and commercial sales from 2005 to 2008. Prior to Safeway, Mr. White was Senior Vice President of Business Development, North America at the Gillette Company, where his responsibilities included Centralized Marketing, Sales, Retail Execution, Marketing Planning and Canadian Operations from 2002 to 2005. Mr. White also held executive and management roles with Nestlé Purina from 1987 to 2005, including Vice President, Customer Interface Group from 1999 to 2002 and Vice President, Customer Development East from 1997 to 1999.
