Mr. Richard A. Foss is President, Chief Executive Officer, Director of Jacksonville Bancorp, Inc. He has been the company President and Chief Executive Officer since 2001. From 1994 until 2001 he served as the company President and Chief Operating Officer. From 1992 until his appointment as President, Mr. Foss was the company Executive Vice President. Mr. Foss has been employed with the company since 1986 when he was named Vice President. In addition, Mr. Foss is also President of Financial Resources Group, Inc., the company wholly owned subsidiary. He is the past chairman of the Illinois League of Financial Institutions and has been active in local economic development groups.
