Mr. James E. McAuliffe is Senior Vice President — Human Resources since December 2007. He previously served as Vice President – Human Resources from January 2002 to December 2007. Mr. McAuliffe joined Kaiser in 1998 as Vice President – Human Resources for fabricating business. Prior to joining Kaiser, Mr. McAuliffe served as Vice President of Human Resources for Rexam, Inc., a manufacturer of industrial coatings for graphics, photographic and computer industries and J.P Industries, a manufacturer of automotive engine and transmission components. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Labor Relations and Industrial Psychology from Michigan State University and attended graduate school at Central Michigan University.
