Mr. Jeffrey B. Weeden is no longer Chief Financial Officer, Senior Executive Vice President of KeyCorp., effective June 30, 2013. He is a member of the executive team, management committee and executive council at Key. He oversees Accounting, Tax, Treasury, Planning and Forecasting, Facilities, Investor Relations and line of business finance. Prior to joining Key, Weeden was president and CEO of MFN Financial Corporation, a national consumer finance company, based in Lake Forest, IL where he and his team restructured the company before it was merged with Consumer Portfolio Services in March 2002. Prior to joining MFN Financial, he was senior vice president and chief financial officer at Firstar Corporation (now part of US Bank), a Milwaukee-based bank holding company. Weeden worked at Firstar or a predecessor company for 15 years responsibilities until its merger with Star Banc Corporation in 1998. Weeden began his professional career in 1979 at Ernst and Young working on audit, tax and consulting engagements. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Administration (accounting) and Economics from Iowa State University. He passed the CPA exam in 1979. He is a member of the Financial Services Roundtable.
