Mr. David F. Peterson is Chief Accounting Officer of Keynote Systems Inc., since July 2010. Mr. Peterson joined Keynote in July 2009 as Corporate Controller. He was a vice president at BenefitStreet, Inc., a financial services company, from June 2007 to January 2009, and was Corporate Controller at QuickLogic Corporation, a public fabless semiconductor company, from April 2003 to June 2007. Prior to that, he held various positions at Spectrian Corporation, Philips Semiconductors, Fujitsu Microelectronics, PriceWaterhouse, and Ernst & Whinney. Mr. Peterson received a Bachelors of Science degree in Accounting from Oklahoma State University and is a Certified Public Accountant.
