People: Kentucky First Federal Bancorp (KFFB.O)

Mr. Herman D. Regan, Jr., has been Independent Director of Kentucky First Federal Bancorp since inception in March 2005. He has served as a Director of First Federal of Frankfort since 1988. Mr. Regan served as Chairman of the Board and President of Kenvirons, Inc., a civil and environmental engineering consulting firm, from 1975 until his retirement in August, 1994. He has served as a Director of Frankfort First Bancorp, Inc. and First Federal of Frankfort since 1998. Mr. Regan’s long history in the Frankfort business community allows him to provide insight to the Board. His experience as a director of First Federal of Frankfort and with Frankfort First Bancorp (a public company from 1995 through 2005) illustrates a high level of knowledge and dedication. He completed a B.S. degree in Civil Engineering at the University of Kentucky and a Masters degree in Sanitary Engineering at the University of North Carolina.
