Mr. W. R. Carey, Jr., is Independent Director of Kforce Inc., since October 1995. He is currently the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Corporate Resource Development, Inc., an Atlanta, Georgia-based sales and marketing consulting and training firm which formed in 1981 and assists some of America’s firms in design, development, and implementation of strategic and tactical product marketing. Mr. Carey is the National Chairman of the Council of Growing Companies. Mr. Carey previously served on the Board of Directors of Lime Energy Corp. from March 2006 to January 2012 and Outback Steakhouse, Inc. from 1992 to June 2007. Mr. Carey served in the U.S. Navy for seven years as an aviator.
