Brief Biography

Joseph Listengart is Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of Kinder Morgan G.P., Inc., the General Partner of Kinder Morgan Energy Partners, L.P. Mr. Listengart was elected Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of KMR upon the formation in February 2001. He was elected Vice President and General Counsel of Kinder Morgan G.P., Inc. and Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of Knight in October 1999. Mr. Listengart was elected Secretary of Kinder Morgan G.P., Inc. in November 1998 and has been an employee of Kinder Morgan G.P., Inc. since March 1998. He has also served as General Counsel and Secretary of Knight Holdco LLC since May 2007. Mr. Listengart received his Masters in Business Administration from Boston University in January 1995, his Juris Doctor, magna cum laude, from Boston University in May 1994, and his Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Stanford University in June 1990.
