Brief Biography
Mr. Edgar H. Grubb is Independent Director of CarMax Inc. He is Retired Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Transamerica Corporation. He joined Transamerica in 1989, became executive vice president in 1993 and retired in 1999. From 1986 to 1989, he was the senior vice president and chief financial officer of Lucky Stores, Inc. Mr. Grubb is a director and chair of the board of AAA Northern California, Nevada & Utah Insurance Exchange and he is a director of Auto Club Partners, Inc., an affiliation of ten AAA clubs in the United States.
