Mr. D. Jeffry Benoliel is Vice President - Global Metalworking, Can and Corporate Secretary of Quaker Chemical Corporation. He began his career with Quaker in 1995. Effective July 1, 2013, Mr. Benoliel assumed the position of Vice President – Metalworking, Can and is responsible for developing and driving the Company’s global Metalworking strategy, including global R&D and technical services, in addition to providing leadership to the Company’s global Can business. He also serves as Corporate Secretary, a position he has held since 1998. Mr. Benoliel held the position of Vice President - Global Metalworking and Fluid Power and Corporate Secretary from June 2011 through June 2013 and until March 2012 also held the position of General Counsel to which he was elected in January 2001. He served as Vice President – Global Strategy, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary from October 2008 until June 2011; Vice President, Secretary and General Counsel from January 2001 through September 2008; and was elected Secretary in May 1998, in addition to his role as Director, Corporate Legal Affairs from May 1996 through December 2000. Before joining Quaker, Mr. Benoliel was a partner at Fox, Rothschild, O'Brien & Frankel, LLP, a prominent law firm in Philadelphia, handling corporate transactions including commercial lending, securities, and general corporate matters. He holds a JD from Boston University School of Law and a BA from Hobart College.
