Mr. Michael F. Barry is Chairman of the Board, President, Chief Executive Officer of Quaker Chemical Corporation. Mr. Barry, who has been employed by the Company since 1998, has served as Chairman of the Board since May 13, 2009, in addition to his position as Chief Executive Officer and President held since October 2008. He served as Senior Vice President and Managing Director – North America from January 2006 to October 2008. He served as Senior Vice President and Global Industry Leader – Metalworking and Coatings from July 2005 through December 2005. He served as Vice President and Global Industry Leader – Industrial Metalworking and Coatings from January 2004 through June 2005 and Vice President and Chief Financial Officer from 1998 to August 2004.
