Ms. Patricia C. Barron is Lead Independent Director of Quaker Chemical Corporation. Ms. Barron has served on Quaker’s Board since 1989 and has been Company's Lead Director since 2008. She was a Professor at Stern School of Business at New York University. Prior to that time, Ms. Barron served in a variety of roles with Xerox Corporation, including President of their Engineering Systems Division, and has served on multiple public company boards. She has experience in accounting/finance, financial reporting, risk assessment, industrial marketing and services, organizational development, global organizations, governance, strategic planning and corporate development. She is the Clinical Associate Professor and Senior Fellow at the Stern School of Business, New York University, from 1999 until August 2003. She is the Dircetor of Teleflex Incorporated, Ultralife Corporation and United Services Automobile Association and ARAMARK Corporation.
