Ms. Suzanne Hammett is the Independent Director of Lydall, Inc. Ms. Hammettis serves as a member of the Audit Review Committee since May 2003 and the Compensation Committee since April 2004. Ms. Hammett currently is the Executive Vice President and Chief Risk Officer for Capital One, N.A., a diversified bank that offers financial products and services to consumers, small businesses and commercial clients. She has held that position since 2007. Prior to joining Capital One, N.A., Ms. Hammett served as the Executive Vice President, Chief Risk Officer for the Radian Group Inc., a credit enhancement company, from 2005 to 2007. Ms. Hammett began her career with J.P. Morgan Chase & Co., where she was an Executive Vice President and held numerous senior positions, including Head of Credit Risk Policy.
