Mr. Norman Bacal is Independent Director of Lions Gate Entertainment Corp. Mr. Bacal has been a partner with the law firm of Heenan Blaikie LLP since 1987, and has been co-managing partner of the firm since 1997. Heenan Blaikie LLP serves as the Company’s outside Canadian counsel. Mr. Bacal is considered in taxation issues related to the Canadian and international entertainment industry.
