Mr. Todd M. Bluedorn is Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of Lennox International Inc. Mr. Bluedorn was elected as a director of Company in April 2007. He was appointed as Chairman of the Board on May 10, 2012. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Bluedorn served in numerous senior management positions for United Technologies since 1995, including President, Americas — Otis Elevator Company; President, North America — Commercial Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning for Carrier Corporation; and President, Hamilton Sundstrand Industrial. He began his professional career with McKinsey & Company in 1992. A graduate of West Point with a B.S. in electrical engineering, Mr. Bluedorn served in the United States Army as a combat engineer officer and United States Army Ranger from 1985 to 1990. He received his MBA from Harvard University School of Business in 1992.
